What I have been trying to accomplish online is probably not the same as most of the Team. Although I have a few affiliate programs and products, my main focus is on establishing an online ministry presence. I had tried some other coaching and mentoring programs, and they were all about lining their own pockets. Instead of helping me with what was my primary business, they tried to win me over to all their businesses. When I met with Kris for the first time, I knew I was in the right place. He saw my ministry goals as my passion and encouraged me, even complimented me on my dedication to it. In just over 2 weeks leading up to the start of our official TLR 3% training, I have nearly completed the 33 page main website, posted a companion blog, set up an auto-responder campaign with daily verses and insights, published articles to start generating traffic, and picked up a dozen subscribers. There is a huge difference between being mentored by a success that wants you to be a success, and being strung along by a wanna-be that needs your cash to float his boat. My name is Kathy and I have been in the Corp. world and owned my own Restaurants for 25+ years. I have always been in the serving others role as that is my passion. I have been a mother , grandmother ,teacher,counselor,trainer , mentor all my career . Now it is time to wrap all those together and use the skills I have been taught all these years. I met Mike and Kris first and just knew they were something special and there was such a connection.Then came meeting Jason and now I know exactly why these 3 CEO\'S have been brought together and to all of us. Hi TLR Coaches, Well I just wanted to say I came into the program through the recommendation of my friend Terry Lewis. I was brought on a skype call with Kris Hanks and Kathy Keen not really knowing I was being interviewed. A lot of questions were ask of me but I felt more than comfortable answering them because I knew my why in life. My "Why" is to become a successful leader in this industry and provide for myself and family in a comfortable manner with love and compassion. My strong faith and strong desires to achieve will get me to where I need to go in my life with the help of others and God to guide me down my right life journey's path. The TLR Coaches were brought into my life for a reason to teach me the necessary skills to get to the next level in my business. I took a leap of faith because there were so many other leaders who took my money and left me to figure it out on my own. I did figure a lot out on my own through spending a lot of money and using my friend google search bar and youtube instruction videos. Not the same as the human caring and compassionate touch believe me. On June 14, 2010 my journey began with attending my first Detox call and then my first TLR class on June 15th with coaches and Kathy Keen. Wow,what an amazing group of people just not one leader but three leaders to help us succeed and of course Kathy. I knew Kathy before in another group and we did connect in the group too. I am proud to say that I realize now there is a funnel that involves,article and video marketing, social media, book marking, branding oneself,and of course building relationships and friends amongst many people in this beautiful universe. All will connect back to my nerve center which is also known as my blog. I have learned some basic HTML and can do an anchor text now. I have my own auto responder Traffic Wave and am learning how to use it to build my list. Most of all I see team work and people helping one another to achieve their dreams and desires. There is no "I" in this team there is a definite compassion amongst everyone and there are really kind hearted people here. TLR is a one in a million class and the leaders truly care about us all achieving our dreams and goals as network marketers or what ever our passion maybe. I am pround to be a member of the TLR Classroom I am a leader who will achieve my goals not matter what I will never give up on myself. I have been on a roller coaster ride in life with some ups and downs but they were meant to happen got to love what is and move on in life. I had the pleasure of my first detox with The Leaders Role. It was something I have never experienced before. I now know that I am part of a real team, to be able to share on this kind of level was awesome. A time where you really are a part of a team and you get to know who is a part of that team. I am new to this whole idea of online marketing and business! I'm nearly 41 years old, however computer savvy. I have been introduced to this method by Jason Croxford, one of the founders. His assistance and leadership has helped me out immensely over the last 6 months.
